The 90 m² living space of the holiday home extends over 2 floors: (The ground floor and the 1st floor are connected by an internal staircase.)

Ground floor:
The ground floor with access to the covered terrace and a beautiful garden consists of a living room, a kitchen with dining area and a guest toilet. In the living room there is the possibility of setting up an extra bed if required, which is intended as a sleeping option for the eighth person.

1st floor:
Here there is a bedroom with a double bed, two bedrooms with two single beds each and a single room with a single bed.
The bedroom with a double bed is connected to one of the two bedrooms with two separate single beds. The room with the single beds can only be reached via the large bedroom with the double bed.
From the largest bedroom there is direct access to the beautiful balcony of the house. The balcony is covered and has a pleasant sea view.

Outdoor area:
The outdoor area is well suited for families with children. There are two terraces and a beautiful garden.

There are 3 parking spaces on the property.

The house is equipped with 3 air conditioning units. A powerful air conditioning unit is in the living room, one in the large bedroom with the double bed and one in a bedroom with two separate single beds.
