This villa is located in a quiet environment, rich in nature. NEWLY renovated holiday home, which is suitable for up to 6 people and has its own swimming pool.

The house is offered with 2 floors, the 1st floor and the 2nd floor. The ground floor of the house is not rented out and is not used.
The house has a generously built outdoor area, which is intended for sole use by guests of this beautiful holiday home.

The holiday property is divided into the outdoor area, a summer kitchen with grill next to the pool area and 2 tastefully decorated floors.

The outside area:
Without a doubt, the highlight here is the beautiful swimming pool with the pool area. Right next to it is a  furnished terrace and a brick grill. Even a Hollywood swing is available. At the pool there are sun beds and a canopy bed for 2 people.
Behind the house there is a children's playground and 5 car parking spaces on 300 m² of land.

Please note that the yellow house (see photos) is the living area. The small white house is the summer kitchen and in the stone house there is a very nicely furnished lounge which is equipped with a flat screen TV, seating for everyone and a table football table.

1st floor:
On the first floor there is a spacious living / dining room with a kitchen and a bathroom.

2nd floor:
The second floor consists of three twin rooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Each bedroom has access to a balcony.

If required, 2 cots and 2 high chairs are available.

The environmentof the house is very interesting for nature lovers. There are many leisure options, such as hiking, horseback riding, fishing, paragliding, cycling or just relaxing in a quiet location.
Not far from the house is a medieval castle, which is open to visitors.
