The ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen with a stylish dining area for up to 8 people and a beautiful living room, two bedrooms with balcony, two bathrooms and a laundry room. From the living room/dining room/kitchen you have access to the rear outside area.

The remaining 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are on the first floor.  Some fitness equipment is available on the 1st floor. outdoors The well-equipped outdoor area is dominated by the pool area, which has a shaded terrace, 8 sun loungers on a sun terrace, a whirlpool for 6 people, a table tennis table and lots of green.

This villa is located in a quiet and idyllic area and is therefore not suitable for party holidaymakers. The Villa is not intended for bookings by youth groups under the age of 25.
