2nd floor:
On the 2nd floor there is a large, air-conditioned living room with a dining table and a large, fully equipped kitchen. This floor also offers a nice balcony in the outside area which has a sea view.

3rd floor (attic):
An internal staircase leads from the 2nd floor to the gallery on the 3rd floor where you can find a fitness room and a billiard table.

The house has numerous extras, such as a fitness room, pool table, outdoor shower, heated swimming pool 5 air conditions...

If you like long romantic walks, then the love trail which starts in the neighborhood of this house is the perfect place for you. Described by many as the most attractive hiking trail in the Crikvenica area, the Love Trail soon became a favorite spot for many couples in love and hikers.
