The upper floor consists of a bedroom and a bathroom. From the bedroom you have access to a large, sunny balcony.

The outdoor area has a well-kept garden from which you can enjoy a view. There is a brick grill in the garden. Part of the terrace is covered.

The stone house is a listed building and was renovated in 2016.
