Villa Mary Lou

Villa Mary Lou is a lovely house with private swimming pool, located in Peroj. 
Outdoor space provides a roofed terrace with an outdoor kitchen and dining area, so as a poolside with trampoline, sun loungers and sun umbrellas.
Ground floor of the house consists of a living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, one bathroom, one separate toilet and a terrace. Crosstrainer and a stationary bike are located in the living room. 
Upper floor is divided into 2 parts. First part contains a living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with a shower and a balcony. Second part also has a living room, kitchen, one bedroom, one bathroom and 2 balconies.  Upper floor provides a lovely sea view. 
One well trained dog can stay in the house for free. 
4 parking spaces are provided to the guests (3 oudoor parking spaces and one in the garage).
